These terms apply to your use of bubeauty.net and to any order you place with BU Beauty. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are BU Beauty is operated by [registered company name], registered in Morocco under RC [number], at N 01 IMM 348 SECT 01 LOT RYAD OULED MTAA, 12020, Morocco. You can reach us at Contact@bubeauty.net.

2. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

4. Delivery Processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns Your rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, including your 7-day right of withdrawal under Law 31-08.

6. Our products BU Beauty products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We recommend a patch test before first use, particularly on sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a skin condition, speak to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Product images are indicative and packaging may vary.

7. Your account You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

8. Intellectual property All content on this site, including the BU Beauty name, logo, text, photography, and formulations, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Our responsibility We stand behind our products and will put right anything we get wrong. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Moroccan consumer law, including Law 31-08, or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Changes are posted here with an updated date.

11. Governing law These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall to the competent courts of [city], without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim elsewhere.
