Free delivery across Morocco

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. During launches and sale periods this can take an extra day.

2 business days across Morocco once dispatched.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Morocco. We confirm every order by WhatsApp before dispatch, so please give us the number you actually use. This is how we make sure your order is right before it travels.

Delays

We choose our carriers carefully, but once a parcel leaves us its progress is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruption, weather, or incorrect address details given at checkout. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel. Contact us and we will do the work.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund it in full.

Address accuracy

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned for an incorrect address may be charged.
